About the event
As a key element of RICI's "whole-community" approach to combatting antisemitism and educating about Israel, we have been meeting with leaders in the Bible-believing Latino community (Latinos being the fastest-growing demographic in the state).
Knowing as they do that Israel was given to the Jewish people by G-d (Genesis 12:3, 1-3), many church-based and other community groups opened their doors to RICI and to Pastor Daniel Gonzalez (see bio), National Latino Outreach Director at Christians United for Israel (CUFI), back in August 2024.
This workshop will be facilitated in Spanish by Pastor Daniel Gonzalez from Christians United for Israel and from our local pastor Israel Mercedes from Vision Evangelica Church. They will provide local Latino pastors in RI with accurate information about Israel, and tools for how to mobilize their congregants to support Israel.
