What happens when Americans are murdered in acts of terrorism abroad—and those responsible are later released or never brought to justice?

Join the Rhode Island Coalition for Israel (RICI) and the Atlanta Israel Coalition for a powerful and timely virtual event examining the pursuit of justice for American victims of Palestinian terrorism.

Through deeply personal testimony and expert legal insight, our speakers will explore the heartbreaking stories behind these brutal terrorist attacks, the challenges families and survivors face in seeking accountability, and the difficult legal, diplomatic, and moral questions that continue long after the headlines fade.

Our featured speakers include:

• Kathleen Luken – Twin sister of Kristine Luken, an American murdered in Israel by a Palestinian terrorist who was later released in the hostage deal of Oct 2025 and is living free

• Tal Hartuv – Survivor of the same terrorist that claimed Kristine's life. Tal endured unimaginable injuries, survived, and has become a powerful voice for resilience and justice. It is a MUST WATCH to see her Ted-Talk about her experience in the "Idiot's Guide to Surviving a Machete Attack" (note her name was formerly Kay Wilson)

• Arnold Roth – Father of Malki Roth, a 15-year-old American-Israeli murdered in the 2001 Sbarro terrorist bombing. More than two decades later, he continues his relentless pursuit of justice for his daughter after the attack's mastermind remains beyond the reach of American law. As he writes, "It's time to speak out on behalf of U.S. justice." The terrorist who took his own life in the attack, Izz al-Din Shuheil al-Masri, was a member of Hamas. And one of the masterminds who organized the attack, Ahlam Aref Ahmad Al-Tamimi is a Jordanian living free in Jordan, Because 3 of the innocents murdered were US citizens (Malki was one), Tamimi was charged under US federal law by the Justice Department (DOJ) in 2013 for conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction against US nationals. Efforts had been made for years to get Jordan to hand Tamimi over to US officials in Amman so she could be extradited to Washington. • Mark Goldfeder – CEO and Director of the National Jewish Advocacy Center, internationally recognized legal scholar and advocate representing Jewish individuals and organizations.

Together, they will discuss:

• The Kristine Luken case and its broader implications
